Mr. Chaim has several years of finance and real estate experience, working most recently as a Director within Arbor Realty Trust's Debt Originations Department, where he was responsible for the production of over $300M in commercial mortgages. He specialized in the financing of Agency and Structured Loan products nationwide related to Multifamily, Single-Family Portfolios, and Build-to-Rent Communities. As part of the Nova business development team, he is responsible for growing new and existing partnerships with lenders, banks, private equity firms, and CRE owner-operators that could utilize the benefits of Nova's services.
